Take your dog to work day – farm edition social media contest T&Cs
These conditions of entry contain information on how to enter and how prizes are awarded. Submission of an entry is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these conditions of entry are ineligible. The Promoter (defined below) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these conditions.
Entry into this promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, and associated companies, as well as the immediate families of each of these people, are not eligible to enter.
The promotion will run through the period commencing on 15th June 2024 at 12:01 am AEST and will close on 30th June 2024 at 11:59 pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, entrants must:

(c) ✅ Submit your best “take your dog to work day – farm edition” moment in a video or a picture via DM to Coopers Animal Health.
Entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period. No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries are not permitted.
The actual prize recipient, whether the winning entrant or a third party who receives the prize on behalf of the winning entrant, acknowledges, agrees and understands that they will bear sole responsibility for any cost and expense, including all applicable taxes that may arise from and in connection with the receipt, possession or use of the prize (or any other prize that may be awarded under these conditions).
One winner will be selected based on the best entry based on humour and creativity decided by the Promoter in its discretion. This is not a game of chance. The winner will be notified via the same social media handle by which the entry is received, no later than 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter will post the prize to the winning entrant or a third party who is nominated by the winning entrant to receive the prize on their behalf. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses, damages or delays in delivery of the prize caused or contributed to by a third party.
The prize is a Yeti® Cooler as described in the social media posts to which these terms and conditions relate. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The estimated value of the prize is AUD 500.
If, for whatever reason, the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
By participating in this promotion, each entrant releases the Promoter and its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, its advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, its successors and assignees, and its officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the above entities from all claims, actions, losses (to persons or property), costs or expenses of any type, whether direct or indirect, sustained or suffered by such entrant or any other party from and in connection with (i) the participation in this promotion; (ii) the receipt, enjoyment, possession, ownership, use or misuse of the prize.
Privacy notice: The Promoter will collect, record and use each entrant’s personal information which is submitted for the purpose of “Take your dog to work day – farm edition” competition and announcing the competition winner our social media pages (“Personal Information”). The Promoter may conduct data analytics on the Personal Information, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfil these purposes. We will keep your Personal Information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period). We may also disclose your personal information to organisations who assist us and our other affiliated companies (which may be located in other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South America, Poland, China or India). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of this promotion or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage in connection with the promotion, although nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited and that includes the consumer guarantees that may apply by application of the Australian Consumer Law.
